February 15-18, 2008
Franciscan Retreat Center
Scottsdale AZ
A workshop and retreat with David Daniels, MD, Santikaro and Carole Whittaker, PhD
Join us in discovering how these two paths of sacred knowledge deepen our capacity to live with greater wisdom and compassion, and greater freedom from habitual patterns.
This workshop integrates the transformative power of Mindfulness practice with the penetrating insights of the Enneagram to bring about healing and transformation. It is recommended for those with a basic knowledge of the Enneagram and a willingness to experience Mindfulness practice.
The Enneagram reveals our core beliefs, our habitual patterns of attention and energy supporting these beliefs, and the path to greater freedom, understanding and personal development. Mindfulness practice builds the human capacity to pay attention and be fully aware of life as it unfolds within and around us, also helping us to free ourselves from our habitual patterns through greater presence and receptive awareness. Together these two paths provide a remarkable combined path of development, integrating our personal and spiritual lives.
