Psychological-Spiritual Curriculum for Type and Spiritual Freedom

A series of open programs on the Enneagram and spirituality taught by Helen Palmer focus on key topics of psychological and spiritual integration. She offers introductory programs on nine topics in various U.S. and European cities on a rotating basis. These workshops do not need to be taken in sequence.

Each introductory program features full panels of Enneagram types speaking in the Narrative Tradition, and also includes lectures, experiential attention practices, dyad exercises and group breakouts by type. These programs deliver new Enneagram information that expands on Helen’s already published works and provide unusually refined public education on psychological and spiritual integration.

Each public program in followed by a six-week local Enneagram class conducted by Enneagram teachers certified in the Narrative Tradition. Each week introduces a new angle on the topic, and deepens the meditations and materials presented during the introductory program.
