This monthly panel series will focus on stress and its impact on our relationships. Each type perceives stress through a different filter, and these perceptions are unknowingly imposed on our relationships. Through self-observation, we can begin to understand and relax the habitual ways we experience and respond to stress, and thereby improve the quality of our relationships.

The series will be taught in the Narrative Tradition – listening to representatives of each type speak for themselves as both witness and teacher. Each session will also include a Q&A and short breakout groups. The panels will be interviewed by five certified Narrative Tradition instructors, each of whom brings unique experience and teaching strengths.
