Hilary has more than 35 years experience working with large organizations in the private, public and academic sectors. She established her own consulting business, Oliver & Langford Organizational Consultants in 1984. Based in Australia, she also works in New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America. Hilary focuses on the people-aspects of organizational life, including empowering "cultures," role clarification and negotiation.

Since certifying to teach the Enneagram in 2002, she has combined her extensive organizational experience with the Enneagram, applying it to executive coaching, leadership and team development, conflict resolution and career planning. She conducts state-of-the-art training sessions that are fun and challenging, teaching only what she finds directly applicable to real-life work and life situations.

Jutka has been a psychotherapist since the mid-1980s and is a trainer, consultant and coach for a variety of professional organizations. She also designs and facilitates workshops and courses aimed at developing self awareness. The Enneagram has brought a new level of clarity, depth and emotional intelligence to Jutka's work, and as an art therapist and psychodramatist, she brings the creative and action methods to this dynamic system. Jutka runs a series of Enneagram trainings and workshops, and enjoys the challenge of designing programs to meet the individual needs of client groups and organizations.

Jutka is a training supervisor with the Australian and New Zealand Coaching, Supervision and Consultants Organization (ASCANZ), and a senior teacher with the Hoffman Quadrinity Process.
