Uranio is an organizational consultant, coach and Enneagram teacher of more than 3,500 students. With an MBA from FGV, Latin America's top business school, an extension course at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and 15 years experience in consulting, Uranio develops Enneagram applications for several leading national and multinational organizations in Brazil and South America. Uranio is a co-teacher of the Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP) in Brazil. His consulting firm, up9 Desenvolvimento Humano, sponsored the first EPTP in Brazil in September, 2005. Uranio is also a member of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) Board of Directors, visioning and leading its international growth plan.
