Jo Ann is a licensed, certified Clinical Social Worker who has provided Enneagram seminars in workplace, educational and spiritual settings as well as in therapeutic domains. Her professional expertise includes a long-term practice of psychotherapy with individuals, groups and couples, consultation with educational and community organizations, and teaching educational support groups. Her spiritual path has included study in the Diamond Approach Ridhwan School. Jo Ann has served as resident counselor for the EPTP in Menlo Park, CA.

Jo Ann is the co-founder (with Ronda Pretzlaff Diegel) of the Michigan Enneagram Center, where she and Ronda facilitate an ongoing monthly Enneagram study group, coordinate Helen Palmer workshops for the Michigan Enneagram Center, and teach follow-up classes to deepen and enrich Helen Palmer workshops. She also offers typing interviews, typing internship supervision, and teaches basic and advanced Enneagram workshops to target audiences such as church and school groups, and therapy centers.

Ronda is a licensed psychologist, nationally certified school psychologist and registered yoga teacher. She has integrated education and psychology throughout her professional career. For the past two decades, she has explored the intersection between psychology and spirituality in a variety of settings and paths. Her initial exploration led to deep immersion in the Pathwork, Enneagram, Western Mysteries and yoga. With the vision of serving others, she creates ceremonies and rituals that enhance personal healing.

Ronda co-founded the Michigan Enneagram Center with Jo Ann Weber. Together they offer monthly study groups, sponsor Enneagram workshops with Helen Palmer and conduct follow-up classes to Helen's workshops. Ronda also conducts typing interviews, is a supervisor for EPTP and conducts basic Enneagram workshops, Enneagram-focused psychotherapy sessions and group therapy that combines the Enneagram with yoga and transpersonal psychology.

Tracy is outreach and special projects director of the Trifold School of Enneagram Studies™. She is a founding member of the Enneagram Center of the Ohio Valley and served for five years as its president. She has authored a number of articles on the Enneagram and has conducted many Enneagram workshops.

Tracy earned advanced certification in marriage and family therapy and served as a graduate level adjunct professor in family studies for 11 years. She has worked as a psychotherapist with individuals, couples and families for more than 20 years.

Leslie is a teacher, facilitator and personal/executive coach. She created Integral Women of Greater Cincinnati to meet the spiritual needs of women in growth and transition. Leslie conducts introductory and advanced classes, follow-on workshops and Enneagram typing interviews in the Narrative Tradition to enhance skills of self observation and management of personal reactivity.

A certified teacher of the Enneagram in Business, Leslie works with organizations in the Midwest and East Coast in the areas of communication, conflict and leadership, and is a frequent public speaker and published writer. As a student and teacher of Integral Theory, she integrates the Enneagram and AQAL in her practice at The LFH Group. Leslie holds a masters degree in theology, and practices and teaches meditation/contemplative prayer with a deep commitment to the experience of personal change affecting collective change.

Judith and Steve conduct typing interviews, panels in the Narrative Tradition, introductory classes, extended Enneagram workshops, psychotherapy services and family business consultations. Judith is a licensed marriage and family therapist working with individuals, couples and families. She has conducted research on forgiveness at the end of life, and has led bereavement groups, women's groups and Enneagram women's groups. Steve is a psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups. His specialties include working with men, marriage and consulting to family-owned businesses. Judith and Steve have founded a wellness center and are working to develop the www.EnneagramTexas community.

Eric was introduced to the Enneagram in mid-life at a retreat. He carries the Narrative Tradition to small groups in schools, churches and retreat centers. Since 2001 Eric has taught the Enneagram in the Viterbo University off-campus graduate program for teachers throughout Wisconsin. As a teacher, trainer and coach his interest in the Enneagram is primarily for spiritual growth and increased consciousness in personal and professional relationships.
 
Eric has an academic background in history and also works as a consultant in historic preservation and heritage tourism projects in the upper mid-west.
