Sandra Smith, M.Div., 828-684-2339, Alchemyworks
Affiliate
Sandra has been teaching the Enneagram throughout the southeast as a tool for personal, professional and spiritual growth since 2002. She uses the Enneagram as a map in staff communication and managerial styles for businesses, non-profit organizations and faith communities. As the co-founder of Holy Ground, a 15-year-old retreat ministry in Asheville, NC, she created and led beginning and advanced Enneagram classes, pairing the Enneagram with the spiritual journey. She found holy ground where personality and spirituality intersect and weaves inquiry, silence, poetry and body awareness into presentations and retreats. Exploring the patterns and automatic approaches that prevent authentic connection, Sandra engages people at the core of who they are, assisting in dissolving barriers to healthy relationships in the workplace and in personal life.
Additionally, she facilitates Enneagram circles and works one-on-one with individuals as an Enneagram consultant and spiritual companion. Sandra is a member of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition (AET) and is a mentor/supervisor for candidates for certification in the Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP). Sandra received her M.Div. from Candler School of Theology at Emory University and a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University.
