Affiliate
Carole is coordinator of the Enneagram curriculum at the Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale, including introductory classes, workshops with key teachers including Helen Palmer, David Daniels and Peter O'Hanrahan, and ongoing work in small groups with local teachers. All classes are taught in the Narrative Tradition and use a variety of exercises and practices designed to help participants develop their capacity for self-observation.
Carole also teaches the Enneagram to independent groups and trains EPTP certified teachers to teach Helen Palmer's series of follow-up classes on the barriers to spiritual freedom. She holds a doctorate in physical chemistry from UCLA and teaches other programs at the Franciscan Renewal Center on contemplative prayer, Christian doctrine and spirituality.

Trained as a spiritual director with a strong background in scripture and 12-step spirituality, Robin began integrating the Enneagram into her teaching and spiritual direction in 2000. Because of her regard for the Narrative Tradition, she certified with EPTP in 2006 and attended the Enneagram for Therapists, Counselors, Coaches and Guides advanced training in 2007. Transformation on all levels is her passion – individually, in personal and work relationships, and in community. To that end she teaches the Enneagram as a powerful tool for change.
With a background first as an Episcopalian and now Roman Catholic, Robin has a strong respect for all people on a spiritual quest. She teaches the Enneagram in workshop, retreat and follow-on settings, utilizing both interviews and panels in the process. The Enneagram is integral to her daily life and spiritual practice.

Nancy has worked with the Enneagram since 1988 and completed her Enneagram Professional Training Program teacher certification in 2000. She teaches introductory and continuation level classes and workshops in Grass Valley and Nevada City through the Yuba River Enneagram Community as well as the San Francisco Bay Area. Nancy offers personality typing sessions to help individuals determine their Enneagram type and private sessions for a deeper exploration of type.
For three years Nancy served on the board of directors of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition, an international organization that includes teachers from 18 countries. Nancy has followed a meditation practice for many years and has a special interest in the relationship between the Enneagram and spiritual growth.

Marion has been practicing physical therapy for 27 years and is the co-owner of Spring Hill Physical Therapy and Acupuncture Center in Grass Valley, CA. She has continued her career with extensive training in CranioSacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release and Trauma Resolution.
Marion has applied the Enneagram personally and professionally for the past seven years. She teaches Enneagram classes in Grass Valley and Nevada City through the Yuba River Enneagram Community. Her emphasis is on integrating her vast somatic experience as an avenue of personal transformation according to the Enneagram tradition.

Carl is a teacher, counselor and writer who has studied and practiced the Enneagram since 1993 and has taught workshops since 1999. He has graduate degrees in Religious Studies (NYU) and Social and Cultural Anthropology (CIIS). In 2003 he founded The Enneagram Center of Mt. Shasta, creating a place where spiritual tradition and modern psychology can meet and weave together their respective insights and gifts.
Carl has written several articles for the Enneagram Monthly, been a speaker at IEA Conferences and leads Enneagram events in the Narrative Tradition in Northern California, nationally and abroad. He focuses on the Holy Ideas and spiritual transformation, relationship issues and interpersonal communication, and introductory workshops. Carl also is available for typing interviews and spiritual counseling. His approach to the Enneagram comes from years of living in the Findhorn Community in Scotland, traveling and doing spiritual practices in India, psychotherapeutic experience, and a deep commitment to personal growth and collective change.

Jane has led workshops and seminars on psychological and spiritual growth processes for more than 25 years. She is a Typing Supervisor for the EPTP and heads an Enneagram Studies Team of four certified teachers at the Foundation for Global Community in Palo Alto, CA, which offers a weekly panel series, other Enneagram workshops and typing sessions.
Jane has taught beginning and continuation-level Enneagram courses in the San Francisco Bay Area, nationally, and in Canada. Peter has been an Enneagram teacher for the past 24 years and has created numerous programs and applications of the system for both business and psychology. He regularly teaches workshops on the basic Enneagram, instinctual subtypes and the somatic Enneagram in Northern California and other locations around the world.
Peter has presented the Enneagram in the workplace since 1994, with a focus on communication skills and leadership development. His clients include computer companies, public agencies, small businesses and non-profits. He and Susan Forster co-authored Transformational Leadership, a handbook for the Enneagram in the workplace. He has presented the Enneagram at local and national organizational development conferences.
A counselor and group leader since 1971, Peter was the director of several mental health centers, including the Center for Human Growth in Berkeley, site of many of the first public Enneagram classes in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Currently he is an associate trainer and the director of the Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP). He is a founding board member of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition.

Polly Cherner has been immersed in the study of the Enneagram for the last five years. Beatrice uses her knowledge of the Enneagram with her psychotherapy clients, in the groups she leads and with teams in business settings. Bea has taught at Northwestern University and the California Institute of Integral Studies, and facilitates interpersonal learning groups at the Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Bea was certified to teach the EPTP in 1997, completed Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s “Train-the-Trainer’s Enneagram training program in 2005, and currently assists Ginger with the teaching of this program. Bea is the president-elect of the International Enneagram Association and served as the IEA’s conference chair in 2005. She is writing a book on the psychological dimension of the Enneagram.

JoAnne has worked with the Enneagram since 1992. She collaborates yearly with two colleagues, Carrie Aginsky and Steve Smith, to offer a six-month online study of the Enneagram of Holy Ideas. Renée is an Enneagram teacher certified by Helen Palmer and David Daniels in the Narrative Tradition. She has facilitated workshops and classes for seven years. She loves to teach and learn through the Narrative Tradition and her classes have spanned introductory workshops and subtype classes to classes on projection and creation through a quantum physics perspective. Terry has taught the Enneagram since 1989, bringing it to individuals and organizations throughout the country and internationally as a tool for personal, professional and spiritual growth. Terry founded The Enneagram Center in Denver, where she created a variety of innovative classes for both beginning and advanced students, facilitated type and study groups, and counseled individuals. Her work at the Center included introducing the Enneagram to therapists and facilitating therapist support groups. She also used the Enneagram in coaching and team-building programs for corporations and nonprofit organizations.
Terry currently teaches in the Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP) with Helen Palmer, David Daniels and Peter O’Hanrahan, and is involved in the ongoing development of the EPTP. She completed her own certification through the EPTP in 1990 and has mentored candidates for certification in the program since 1991. In addition to her work with the EPTP, she teaches workshops on the transformative power of the Enneagram.
Terry was a founding board member of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition (AETNT), chaired its first conference and served as part of the Association leadership for several years. She has presented her work at numerous Enneagram conferences.
She has for many years pursued her own spiritual journey through her Enneagram work and as a student of the Ridhwan School (Diamond Approach®), founded by Hameed Ali. She also has taken courses from a number of other Enneagram teachers.
When she first learned the Enneagram in 1989, she knew instantly that she had found her life’s work, and her passion for this work has never waned.
