About Helen Palmer

Helen is the author of five highly acclaimed books in the field of human consciousness. The Enneagram and The Enneagram in Love and Work are perennial international bestsellers, now in 21 languages, and her Enneagram books have sold more than half a million copies worldwide. She was featured in the PBS documentary, Breaking Out of the Box: Discovering the Enneagram, and has recently launched a new website, www.enneagram.com.

Helen has made many original contributions toward understanding how meditation and awareness training relate to the nine psychological types.
