Each of us will know loss at some time in our lives. It can be the loss of a relationship, a job, our health, the death of a loved one or even our own death. How can the experience of loss and grief open us to growth and transformation, and allow us to experience a full and loving life?

What are steps in the grief process associated with losses? What are prevalent misunderstandings about the grief process? These questions will be explored in this workshop, emphasizing the way each type can work with loss and grief to support healing, personal growth, well-being and liberation into a full and loving life.

Core to this workshop is Megan Cole's presentation of her one-person vision of the Pulitzer Price-winning play titled, WIT: A Journey into the Lightness of Being," which movingly presents the issues and themes inherent in death and dying. The workshop also will use short lecture, inner reflection, type group exploration, panel work and discussion.

Location: Little House, 800 Middle Ave., Menlo Park, CA

Prerequisite: You must have taken a basic Enneagram course. A qualifying Enneagram Overview evening will be offered Friday, January 30.

Cost: $130 for payments received by January 16; $150 after January 16. Conexions members pay $120. Lunch is included in the cost of the workshop.
