An advanced training presented by the Enneagram Professional Training Program with David Daniels, MD,  Terry Saracino, MA, MBA and Marion Gilbert RPT. 

The Enneagram brings unparalleled benefit to those working with others by providing accurate descriptions of the core structures of the nine personality types as well as type-specific understanding of the relationship between psychological issues and spiritual qualities.  

In this groundbreaking training, participants will learn a new approach for using the Enneagram effectively to bring about growth of clients and self. This framework, the Universal Growth Process (UGP), is a practical and powerful model interweaving four components: awareness, acceptance, action and adherence. Applying the UGP, the nine type structures and somatic elements of each type, you will identify where clients are “stuck,” and clarify and expand your methods for creating lasting change. This training also focuses on understanding your own type bias and increasing your capacity for presence and receptivity. 

Taught in the Narrative Tradition, this training allows participant representatives of each type to describe their themes, issues and processes. The format will include a rich variety of panels, short didactics, guided interactions, somatic exercises, meditation and reflection, practice sessions and discussion.

• How to apply the Universal Growth process in your practice
• Type-specific biases, transference and counter-transference issues
• Effective life-changing strategies and interventions for each type 
• Skill-building in self-reflection, self-observation and receptive awareness
• Methods to incorporate somatic elements into your practice
• How the Enneagram can enhance your ability to “walk the talk”
