In the spring of 2003, the Program on Negotiation (PON) launched a new research and educational forum called the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative (HNII). HNII is a vehicle for PON to engage cutting-edge conversation between the fields of negotiation and conflict management on the one hand and those of mindfulness and the great wisdom traditions on the other.
