The Spring Panel Series, INNER WORK, OUTER WORK, explores how to bring spirit and self awareness into career, parenting, creativity and relationships. In our busy lives we often discover tension or conflict between our inner selves and our social roles and activities in the world.

How is it possible to honor and develop both parts? One great advantage of the Enneagram is that it reveals a path of integration between the two. Understanding our personality type helps us develop a keen awareness of our patterns and make clearer choices in the important areas of work and relationship. The inner work of self awareness and mindfulness practice helps us to stay centered, less reactive, and more effective at home and on the job. At the same time, our participation in the world provides many opportunities for us to learn about our personality type in action and return to the process of self development.

In this panel series we will explore:
  • How each personality type has both strengths and blind spots that influence our decisions and shape our roles as workers, parents, partners and colleagues
  • How type structure both helps and hinders our career, our calling and our creativity
  • How relaxing our type structure can support both our inner work and outer work
  • Useful methods and insights from panels of experienced Enneagram students

Participants may sign up for the entire series or attend individual classes on a drop-in basis.
