The activity of our subtype is one of the main ways that we “fall asleep” or become trapped in patterns and habits of behaviour, spending ourselves to discharge our energy and attention so that we avoid the discomfort of troubling feelings and awareness because we are so busy “doing our thing.”

This workshop is a must for anyone who wants to improve his or her relationships – at home and at work.

Core Issues for Each of the Types
Using demonstration and practical exploration, attendees will learn how to uncover type – their own and others’ – to create compassionate understanding and facilitate personal growth.
