It shows viewers how to begin identifying their own types, and profiles three people who changed their lives by studying the Enneagram - a former San Francisco 49er, a marathon runner and a social worker. This classic exemplar video presents the nine types speaking about their habitual patterns and personality styles. Originally produced as a teaching video for certified Enneagram teachers, it has been re-released as a DVD and is now available to all. The DVD also contains two versions of Short Cuts, accessed by the centers of intelligence and by the arrows. The Short Cuts provide brief clips of representatives of each type speaking in the Narrative Tradition, drawn from the Tour of the Types and Relationship videos.
