In November 2018, key stakeholders (Board of Directors, Core Faculty and staff) began laying the foundational work to create a strategic road map for The Narrative Enneagram (TNE). The process began with interviews with all members of the board, faculty and staff, planning by members of the board’s Executive Committee, and six work groups that included representatives from each stakeholder category.

The bottom line is that we have evolved to a position of greater sustainability as an organization, and there is more to do. The second half of 2019 entails implementing our strategic plan, which will protect the integrity of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition. It calls on TNE to collaborate with other Enneagram communities around the world, and identifies six initiatives for the organization:
I am privileged to be part of it!
