Under Mary’s stewardship, TNE has made great strides in organizational structure by establishing critical policies, enjoying significant financial progress including a growth of 65% in fund development, instituting enhanced programming, and making important progress in serving our three TNE Hubs (Cincinnati, OH; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA) and six International EPTP Licensees. Additionally, in 2018, Mary managed the successful merger of two related nonprofits, Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition and Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition, a process that required introducing memberships and a greater focus on scholarships into the newly merged organization.

TNE was fortunate to have Mary working to move the organization forward. Due to her efforts and dedication, we are on sound footing heading into the future.

On behalf of the entire Narrative Community, we wish Mary success in pursuing her future goals and thank her for her important and meaningful contributions.

The TNE Board has appointed a search committee consisting of board members, Core Faculty and staff representation, and has established a selection process for the new Executive Director. Until a new ED has been hired, TNE’s accountant, Allison DeHart, will serve in an interim capacity beginning in August, maintaining basic operations and all fiscal management.
