The Narrative Enneagram (TNE) is a 501(c)3 educational nonprofit founded in January 2018 through the merger of two sister nonprofits, Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition (ESNT) and Enneagram Association in the Narrative Tradition (EANT). We strive to maintain affordable, accessible programming and rely on our generous donors to help make that possible. Please consider contributing an amount that fits your budget. Together, we’ll continue to broaden the reach of the Narrative Enneagram. Thank you for your support!

In 2019 donor support produced an explosion of participation and interest in our work. TNE:

  • Experienced sold-out trainings with an overall yearly attendance increase of 30%
  • Produced and released 4-part online class, “The Enneagram and the Nine Types”
  • Launched a next generation mentoring program with aspiring teachers
  • Awarded scholarships to qualified students in excess of $50,000
  • Grew our membership to 475 strong
  • Experienced robust participation in our Teacher and Practioner certification tracks
  • Tracked more than 596,000 unique visitors to our website, a 173% increase over the same period last year, representing 212 countries and territories
  • Advised and supported our six International Licensees, while maintaining relationships with many other Narrative Enneagram trained teachers throughout the world
  • Created a multi-year strategic plan for TNE with powerful stakeholder input to guide exciting initiatives over the next three years
  • Completed a smooth transition of Executive Directors from Mary Freund to Ed Self

To continue this forward momentum, we are asking you to invest in TNE today to reach our 2019 goal of $127,000. Your donation will put our new strategic plan into action to:

  • Expand awareness of the Enneagram in new cities throughout the world
  • Keep our training costs affordable and strengthen our scholarship program
  • Better engage and support certified teacher and continue to grow our faculty
  • Develop and launch a new website platform, to extend our reach to newer audiences and provide more online learning, while continuing to support our long-term allies and learners
