Deeper into the Enneagram: A Path of Integration, Boulder, CO
Jan 31 - Apr 25, 2019
6:30 - 8:30 pm
Last Thurs of January-April, 2019: Jan 31, Feb 28, Mar 28, Apr 25

You know your Enneagram type and likely have experienced that that knowledge can only take you so far. It’s a challenge to change our habitual patterns. What to do?

The Narrative Enneagram focuses on integrating three crucial aspects of personal development: the psychological, spiritual and somatic. We can work on each of these three elements separately, and there is much value in doing so. But working with these three areas together creates a synergy that greatly increases the effectiveness of personal growth work.

In this workshop, you will learn an integrated approach that will strengthen your capacity to be “present” in day-to-day life. The focus will be on combining a deeper understanding of your patterns (psychological) with awareness practices (spiritual) that enable you to meet what arises in your body (somatic) with less resistance. It is challenging but ever so important work. The results are more choice around unconscious patterns, healthier relationships and living more authentically.

The format of the workshop will include group sharing, guided meditations, brief didactics, and body-centered practices. I look forward to being with you as we dive deeper into this sacred and profound system of transformation.

This class is limited to 12 participants who are familiar with the Enneagram and their type.
