The Enneagram and Dynamic Relationships: A Three-Centered View
Have you ever imagined life without relationship? Relating to ourselves, others and the world we live in is how we orient in our lives.
How much of our relationships are driven by our unconscious patterns and the need to survive? Clarity and compassion become obscured when difficulties arise in our relationships.
In each of our three centers of intelligence (mind, heart, body), we encounter non-verbal somatic patterns deeply embedded in our character structure as obstacles to the contact we so deeply long for. In this workshop, we will explore, by center, these unconscious roots of our relationship type patterns. As these deeply held patterns are brought into our conscious awareness, new insights, heart openings and relaxation of protective somatic type patterns are possible. This allows for clarity and compassion to arise in our relationships within ourselves and with others.
Come and join us as we explore our relationships through the lens of the Enneagram with three-centered awareness. The workshop format includes panel interviews, guided inner practices, and simple movement and interactive exercises to allow us to be more authentic and compassionate in our relationships.
