The Enneagram Everyday: Inner Growth and Outer Change, Denver, CO
Oct 17
9:30 am - 4:30 pm
with Renée Rosario and Margot Burns

Sponsored by Enneagram Center of the Rocky Mountain Region

The Enneagram is a rich tool for self-awareness and personal growth that describes the patterns and instincts of nine distinctive personality types. It is a practical way to understand what makes you tick. Rather than “putting you in a box,” the knowledge learned through the Enneagram system helps you step out of the box – away from the limiting patterns, beliefs and habits that keep you stuck in the confines of your personality and defense system. The Enneagram gives you the roadmap home, to your essential self.

Knowledge can only take you so far, however, and changing patterns and habits takes practice. In this one-day workshop, you will learn steps to help you have more choice around unconscious patterns. With a deeper understanding of these patterns, you will begin to loosen your type structure. The result is healthier relationships, living more authentically, and connecting to your true self.

The format of the workshop will include panel interviews in the Narrative Tradition, guided meditations, lectures and body-centered practice, to answer questions such as:

  • Who do you believe you need to be to be ok?
  • What do you feel you need to avoid?
  • What do you experience when you try to change?

This class is ideal for those already familiar with their Enneagram type.

Location: 1939 S. Monroe Street,  Denver, CO 80210

Fee: $95 through October 2; $120 after October 2; $85 each for bring-a-friend discount.

Margot Burns is a certified rehabilitation counselor and writer. She has been studying the Enneagram for more than 10 years and became a Certified Enneagram Teacher of the Enneagram in the Narrative Tradition in 2014.
