2-part non-residential format (If you have already completed Part 1, or have previously attended the Enneagram Intensive, you may register for Part 2.)
Enneagram Intensive 2.0 is part of our Enneagram Narrative Core Program. This foundational course in the Narrative Tradition immerses participants in the most effective and dynamic map of personality available. Through the learning methods of lectures, type panels, dyads, body centering, breathing and self-awareness practices, you will experience:
The integration of psychology, spirituality and somatics
The reduction of reactivity through awareness of your type structure, specific defenses and automatic response patterns
The connection to your inner self, feelings and actions
The gift of compassion toward self and others, as you break out of the box of your personality type and experience different points of view
The first three days include refinements to the basic proposition (psychology), the basics of self-reflection (spirituality), and body awareness (somatics). The final three days are devoted to your path of self-development. You will learn the defense systems for each Enneagram type and how to work with your own patterns of reactivity. You also will be encouraged to find the aspects of your own type that offer opportunities for growth and transformation. We will explore the following questions:
How do I experience the cognitive-emotional pattern of my type? Why is seeing that pattern important in my life?
Why is being receptive important? Why does that help me access my spirituality?
Why is feeling my body important? How does that help me live with more consciousness?
Enneagram Intensive 2.0 includes two rounds of type panels in the Narrative Tradition, an introduction to the Universal Growth Process, guided interactions related to current relationship issues, pre-recorded meditations by Helen Palmer, short didactics, self-observation and movement practices, and small-group exercises.

“I have attended many courses and earned various degrees, but I have not come across teachers like Terry and Renée. They bring expertise, wisdom, a deep experiential knowing and a gentle caring that creates an environment for rich learning to happen. The learning that occurs is not only informational but also formational. On the panels, they gently help each of us ‘face’ ourselves, inviting shifts in the very places our type structures keep us on automatic. Sitting with these two women has changed my life. So much so, that I am now in the track to be certified as an Enneagram Professional in the Narrative Tradition.”
CYNTHIA STEVENS, MDivCSD, Spiritual Director
“It gladdened my heart in Enneagram Intensive 2.0 to experience Terry and Renée faithfully continue the Narrative Tradition founded by Helen Palmer and David Daniels. They also extended it through new energy and new ideas built on solid understanding and experience. Then they flavoured it with their individual care, grace and humour.”
EARL BROCHU, Toronto, ON
“These past two years, I have had the great privilege of hosting Enneagram Intensive 2.0 programs in Toronto for Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition facilitated by two extraordinarily gifted teachers, Terry Saracino and Renée Rosario. Time and time again, participants shared with me their enthusiasm and gratitude for a workshop that gave them the tools needed to generate sustainable transformation for a greater freedom of being. Many attendees have continued on to certify as teachers, professionals and emerging leaders who are committed to living from a place of deep self-awareness and making a difference in the world.”
