Enneagram Intensive 2.0 (Part 2), Phoenix, AZ
Mar 4 - 6
9 am (PST)

2-part non-residential format (first session Feb 12-14, 2016)

Co-sponsored with the Arizona Enneagram Association

This foundational course provides a deep, transformative experience of the Enneagram, focusing on the integration of psychology, spirituality and somatics. The program offers a full examination of the nine distinct type structures, with expanded attention to the spiritual and somatic aspects of each type. Another key element of the training is how the types show up in relationships.

Enneagram Intensive 2.0 is part of our Enneagram Narrative Core Program. This non-residential format over two weekends provides residents in the Phoenix area a more affordable option than a traditional 6-day residential program. (See fees, discounts and lodging options below.)

The first three days include refinements to the basic proposition (psychology), the basics of self-reflection (spirituality), and body awareness (somatics). The final three days are devoted to your path of self-development. You will learn the defense systems for each Enneagram type and how to work with your own patterns of reactivity. You also will be encouraged to find the aspects of your own type that offer opportunities for growth and transformation. We will explore the following questions:

  • How do I experience the cognitive-emotional pattern of my type? Why is seeing that pattern important in my life?
  • Why is being receptive important? Why does that help me access my spirituality?
  • Why is feeling my body important? How does that help me live with more consciousness?

Enneagram Intensive 2.0 includes two rounds of type panels in the Narrative Tradition, an introduction to the Universal Growth Process, guided interactions related to current relationship issues, pre-recorded meditations by Helen Palmer, short didactics, self-observation and movement practices, and small-group exercises.

“It gladdened my heart in Enneagram Intensive 2.0 to experience Renée and Terry faithfully continue the Narrative Tradition founded by Helen Palmer and David Daniels. They also extended it through new energy and new ideas built on solid understanding and experience. Then they flavoured it with their individual care, grace and humour. Don’t miss it. Go.”
