Subtypes describe how we focus energy and attention in our most important activities and relationships, while the defences keep us “safe” but locked in to our automatic patterns and habits. In this workshop we will explore:

We will confirm receipt of your fee and your place at the workshop. All participants will receive a list of those attending, together with their email addresses. However, if you do not want to be listed, please let us know upon registration.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided each day.
