Online Enneagram Monthly Study Group Series with Focus on Building Better Relationships
Feb 26 - Jul 8, 2020
4:30-6:30 Pacific Time

One Wednesday per month: February 26, March 25, April 22, May 20, June 10, July 8
4:30-6:30 pm Pacific Time

Study groups are a great way to learn more about putting the Enneagram into practice in daily life and hear from different types about their experience. A regular group also provides personal support and (brief) coaching to people on the path of personal growth. It will help you keep the work of the Enneagram alive in your life and relationships.

The main theme is about relationships. What do we need to understand about the people in our lives? What are the effective ways to build rapport, empathy and good communication? What is the work we need to do on our own type structure? How can we love and connect from all three centers: mind, heart and body, and what gets in the way? How do we manage our boundaries? How can we stay connected to our own essential self?

While it’s not the same as gathering in person, online meetings offer a way for people in many locations to come together, and the technology is now good enough to make the connections and rapport that are essential to the work.

  • Not for beginners; you must know the Enneagram, and your own type well and be committed to using it in your life and relationships.
  • You must be able to attend all, or most, of the meetings. (There will be a recording available of the first part of each session).
  • You must be sincerely interested in the experience of others and able to manage your own reactivity. (We’ll practice together!)
  • You need a computer with a video camera and a good internet connection – to use in a quiet and private space. Seeing everyone is important. (Phoning in would be an exception). We will be using Zoom, but you do not need a Zoom account to join. Just click on the link that I will provide.

I will lead an inner practice and present material for the first 40 minutes or so, with room for comments and questions. There is lots of great material! The second part of the sessions will focus on personal sharing, exploration of personal issues, and how to use the Enneagram to build better relationships with all nine types.

My goal is to create a safe space for personal work supported by the presence of other Enneagram folks.

Fees, registration and information

Cost: $250 for the series. The group will be limited to 15 people. Please register at EnneagramAtWork@gmail.com.
