The Enneagram of Compassion, Boulder, CO
Feb 6
9 am - 1 pm
Sponsored by Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition

Whether you’re new to the Enneagram or familiar with this dynamic system, this 4-hour class will deepen compassion for yourself and others. The Enneagram is a nine-pointed symbol that describes nine personality types, each with distinct habits of feeling, thinking and behaving.

Grounded in the Narrative Tradition, this class offers an interactive exploration of the nine personality types through inquiry with panelists who share their personal stories and insights. Each type has a coherent pattern in how the world is perceived and experienced, yet is biased by perceptual filters that cloak or amplify certain aspects of reality.

With a greater understanding of ourselves and others, we can begin to experience more freedom from our unconscious patterns, improve our relationships, and develop greater compassion by seeing from another’s point of view.

In this class we will:

  • Explore the nine types as described by the Enneagram
  • Reveal the primary motivation for each type and center
  • Practice transformative, body-centered awareness techniques

The format is highly interactive, fun, informative and transformative. Through panel interviews in the Narrative Tradition, guided meditations, lectures and body-centered practices, you will come to understand your own worldview and learn more about the worldviews of others.

Fee: $55.00 – Register by January 25 and save $10.
