Kessuda Boonngamanong is a mindfulness and yoga instructor. She is a life coach, who has spent the past 25 years working in mindfulness and yoga, and 15 years with the Enneagram. Originally based in Thailand, she now lives in the US. She created Enneagram and mindfulness yoga to work with her clients in a group or one on one setting, within “Yosuda: Mindfulness–Based Yoga and Enneagram” . She finds these practices complement each other –- Enneagram study provides a mental awareness of possible behavior patterns in self and others (head), while mindfulness yoga promotes compassionate awareness of thoughts, feelings and actions as these occur in relationships and provides methods for dealing with them (heart, gut).
As a school president, she integrated Enneagram for upper elementary school students to help them discover and learn about themselves. She was instrumental in the creation of The International Mindfulness Recovery Center in Thailand where she introduced the Enneagram as a primary tool that recovering members could use to find the cause of their stress from anxiety, depression, distress, shame and anger.
During the certification process, an Enneagram mentor described Kessuda’s work as “delicate”. Clients surveys describe her work as authentic, presence, grounding and compassionate.
